The People We Treat
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy and evaluations personalized for every stage of life.
Introducing our new program for divorcing families
Divorce changes a family, but it doesn’t have to define a child’s future.
The Divorce Well Program is an 8-session educational and support program designed to help parents understand how separation impacts children and learn practical skills for supporting their emotional well-being. Led by Hilary Cooper, Ph.D., the program provides guidance, structure, and evidence-informed strategies to help families navigate one of life’s most challenging transitions.
Whether your separation is recent, ongoing, or years in the making, this program offers tools to help parents respond with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion.

“I have collaborated with Dr. Hilary Cooper for years.
We’ve shared many cases together. As a psychiatrist, I have referred patients of mine to her for therapy. Dr, Cooper works with a variety of treatment issues seamlessly. She is able to shift her modality of therapy to best meet her patient’s needs. Dr. Cooper is thoughtful and responsive and truly cares about her patients. She ensures she is in contact with their other treatment providers. Dr. Kate Chittenden is empathic, warm, and direct. I shared a couple of patients who needed DBT therapy with her. She was collaborative and helpful with moving the patients through their treatment. I highly recommend Clear Mind Psychology and have personally referred friends and their children there who have raved about their treatment.”
