Meet Mandy
Mandy Zoffness, LCSW
Mandy Zoffness is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with children, adolescents and adults for over 15 years. Mandy has worked at both in-patient and out-patient settings, and most recently as a Social Worker at a Charter School in Westchester County for the last ten years.
In her clinical practice, Mandy uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Empowerment Theory and Mindfulness. She is a certified School Social Worker, School Violence Prevention and Intervention Professional, a Certified instructor of the Loss and Bereavement Program for Children through the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services. Mandy is also certified in the treatment of Disruptive Behaviors in Children and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through JBFCS.
Most recently, Mandy’s professional focus has turned toward maternal mental health. She has been trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through the Motherhood Center in New York City. Mandy is certified to treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International where she also received advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy.
The mother of three children, Mandy is also a contributing writer for Westchester County Mom’s Collective.
