We are currently looking for part-time or full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologists or Social Workers.

We are a group of multidisciplinary clinicians who specialize in working with children from preschool through college, young adults, and their families. Successful candidates will:

  • Hold a NYS License in their field by the start of employment
  • Psychologists will hold a doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology and have completed an APA-approved clinical or counseling pre-doctoral internship
  • Have at least 2 years experience with and interest in working with children, adolescents, young adults and families in a private or clinic setting
  • Work from an integrative approach, that is, be well-versed in contemporary psychodynamic, relational/interpersonal therapies but also familiar and comfortable with a variety of evidence based treatments, including but not limited to DBT, RO-DBT, CBT, ACT, PCIT and tfCBT.
  • Demonstrate multicultural competence, including expertise in the understanding of BIPOC and LGBTQ presenting problems

Responsibilities:

  • Carry a case load of up to 25 client hours weekly in which you will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment to children, adolescents, young adults and adults with a full range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, substance use disorders, trauma and family upheaval.
  • Conduct family-based interventions with parents and other family members and maintain collateral contacts with educators and other medical and psychiatric providers
  • Participate as a co-therapist and skills coach for our DBT Skills Groups for Adolescents
  • Conduct workshops, presentations and webinars on children’s mental health topics for community outreach.
  • Other related duties as assigned

# Practice Manager (Remote/Part-Time) — Clear Mind Psychology

**Location:** Remote (Rye, NY-based practice)
**Hours:** 5–10 hours/week, flexible
**Compensation:** Competitive, commensurate with experience
**Reports to:** Founder & Clinical Director, Dr. Hilary Cooper

 

About Us

 

Clear Mind Psychology is a thriving therapy group practice in Rye, NY, founded by a female clinical psychologist. Our team of 10 therapists provides 200+ sessions a month to individuals, couples, children, and families facing anxiety, ADHD, divorce, behavioral issues, and more. We’re a warm, growth-oriented, high-integrity team — and we’re looking for someone who reflects that same spirit in every interaction.

 

The Role

 

You’ll be a supportive presence behind the scenes and often the first voice a family hears when they call. Working closely with our Founder, Clinical Director, and clinicians, you’ll help every family feel heard and well cared for — while keeping the practice running smoothly. Full training provided, including on our EHR system, with real room to grow.

 

What You’ll Do

 

– Serve as point person for patients/parents who can’t reach their therapist

– Conduct 3–6 new client consult calls per week

– Check in with new clients 2–3 weeks into treatment

– Monitor therapist caseloads, retention, and EHR compliance (notes/billing)

– Support intake process oversight with the Clinical Director

– Track office space utilization and manage supply orders

– Build community ties — outreach to colleagues, schools, and attorneys to schedule talks and meetings

– Answer general questions from new callers

– Comfortable with computers and open to learning new systems

– Medical/clinical office experience or knowledge of how therapy works is a plus

– Available for a weekly one-hour check-in with practice directors
